 1. What age do you have to be to hire the campervan?
25 years and over with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

 2. Can more than 1 party drive the Campervan?
Yes. We will need to see the driving licence and 1 other form of evidence, for all drivers.

 3.Can we travel abroad?
Yes, within the EU (eg. Southern Ireland is close by, with the ferry only 15 minutes away at Fishguard), at an additional cost of only £31.50 per week for the green card insurance and about £85 for the AA European breakdown cover. Note we already hold UK AA breakdown cover.

 4. Where will we leave our car when we pick up the campervan?
You can leave your car at our property but it is entirely at your own risk. We can also arrange pickup from Haverfordwest railway station if that is more convenient.

 5. What happens if we breakdown?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you have full roadside assistance, 24 hours a day.

 6. Can I bring my pet?
Only really very well behaved and non-smelly pets!

 7. Should I bring bed linen?
Yes, please bring your own choice of bedding, sleeping bag or sheet and quilt, whichever you prefer. Should you need to hire bedding and/or towels, there is a small charge. Please discuss, if required.

 8. Can I bring my hairdrier?
Daisy has mains 240v sockets and electric hook-up if you are connected to an electric point at a campsite.  Lily does not have electric hook-up facility nor 24v mains sockets.

 9. Do I have to pay a booking deposit?
There is a booking deposit of £100

 10. Is there a security bond/deposit?
There is a refundable £500 security deposit payable by cash, bank transfer or cleared cheque. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out, with a full tank of unleaded petrol. This is because the excess on the insurance is £500. Should you have an accident and it is a third party's proven fault then the £500 can be repaid back to you because the excess is not due when the fault is third party's.

 11. Can I smoke in the Campervan?
No.
